Senior Multiplayer Programmer (Unity / Photon)
As a Senior Multiplayer Programmer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust multiplayer systems in Unity using Photon.
📋 Your Mission
- Develop and maintain multiplayer gameplay systems using Unity and Photon
- Work closely with designers, artists, and gameplay programmers in a multidisciplinary team
- Help architect scalable and maintainable networking solutions
- Optimize synchronization, prediction, replication, and multiplayer performance
- Solve complex gameplay and networking challenges for co-op experiences
- Take ownership of systems and contribute to technical decision-making
- Support multiplayer features across PC and potentially console platforms
👁️ What We’re Looking For
🎯 Core Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional Unity experience
- Experience working in a professional game development team of approximately 5–10 people
- Experience working in an agile game development environment
- Shipped at least one commercial game (preferably multiple)
- Strong experience with Photon networking solutions
- Strong C# programming skills
- Experience optimizing multiplayer gameplay performance, synchronization, and networking systems
- Able to work independently within a flat studio structure
- Comfortable taking ownership and responsibility without heavy management layers
- Able to work onsite in our Antwerp studio at least 3 days per week
⭐ Bonus Points
- Experience shipping multiplayer co-op games
- Experience with console development, especially Xbox and PlayStation platforms
- Familiarity with backend services and online systems

Senior Console Programmer (Unity)
As a Senior Console Programmer, you will be responsible for helping architect, optimize, and maintain multi-platform releases across console ecosystems while working closely together with the gameplay and technical teams.
📋 Your Mission
- Develop and maintain console-specific systems and platform integrations in Unity
- Support and optimize releases across Xbox, PlayStation, and other console platforms
- Work closely with gameplay programmers, designers, and artists to ensure stable multi-platform development
- Help identify and solve platform-specific performance and certification issues
- Optimize memory usage, performance, loading times, and platform compliance
- Support build pipelines and technical workflows for console development
- Take ownership of systems and contribute to technical decision-making
👁️ What We’re Looking For
🎯 Core Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional Unity experience
- Experience working in a professional game development team of approximately 5–10 people
- Experience working in an agile game development environment

Senior Technical Game Designer (Unity)
This role sits at the intersection of game design, prototyping, balancing, and hands-on development. We are looking for someone who not only designs systems on paper, but can also prototype and validate them directly in Unity.
📋 Your Mission
- Design and iterate on gameplay systems and core game loops
- Design and balance progression systems, in-game economies, rewards, and player retention mechanics
- Prototype gameplay features directly in Unity
- Work closely with programmers, artists, and production to rapidly validate ideas
- Help test, validate, and improve designed systems through hands-on QA and iteration
- Analyze player behavior and identify opportunities to improve gameplay feel and progression
- Take ownership of features from concept to implementation
- Contribute to overall game direction and design decision-making
👁️ What We’re Looking For
🎯 Core Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in game development
- Experience working in a professional game development team of approximately 5–10 people
- Experience working in an agile game development environment
- Shipped at least one commercial game (preferably multiple)
- Strong experience designing gameplay systems and in-game economies
- Strong prototyping skills in Unity
- Good understanding of gameplay feel, balancing, progression systems, and player motivation
- Experience testing and validating gameplay systems through hands-on QA and iteration
- Able to work independently within a flat studio structure
- Comfortable taking ownership and responsibility without heavy management layers
- Able to work onsite in our Antwerp studio at least 3 days per week
⭐ Bonus Points
- Experience working on simulation or co-op multiplayer games
- Experience with live balancing and player analytics
- Basic scripting or programming experience in C#
- Experience with UX or player onboarding flows
- Strong understanding of streamer-friendly and emergent gameplay systems
